Extended hours

We offer an extended hours service for pre-booked appointments only, this service is available on:

  • Monday, 6:30pm to 8pm at Park Farm Medical Centre
  • Thursday, 6:30pm to 8pm at Park Farm Medical Centre
  • Saturday, 9am to midday at Park Farm Medical Centre

The phone services are not available during these times.

We now offer routine appointments at evenings and weekends.

Surgery closures

The practices will be closed for training and bank holidays on certain days of the year. 

Training closures

The practices will be closed from 1:30pm on the following afternoons for training:

  • 19th February 2025, 1:30pm to 6:30pm
  • 19th March 2025, 1:30pm to 6:30pm
  • 16th April 2025, 1.30pm to 6.30pm
  • 21st May 2025, 1.30pm to 6.30pm
  • 18th June 2025,1.30pm to 6.30pm
  • 16th July 2025, 1.30pm to 6.30pm
  • 17th September 2025, 1.30pm to 6.30pm
  • 15th October 2025, 1.30pm to 6.30pm
  • 19th November 2025,1.30pm to 6.30pm
  • 14th January 2025, 1.30pm to 6.30pm
  • 18th February 2025, 1.30pm to 6.30pm
  • 18th March 2025, 1.30pm to 6.30pm

The surgeries are closed for all English Bank Holidays.

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
