We currently use a secure text messaging service to send patients a reminder about their appointment.

We may also use this to:

• Invite patients in for reviews
• Contact patients when we have to change appointments
• Let patients know about changes that might affect them
• Remind patients when they’ve missed an appointment

There will be no sensitive information sent within the text messages.

Patients are asked to inform the practice if their contact details have changed.
