Patient Participation Group
The current and upcoming changes to the NHS provide ample opportunity for patient involvement to shape the services you receive.
The group has discussed many of the NHS issues that have recently occupied the media and have recently suggested improved access to GPs using more telephone consultation and advice sessions.
This is now up and running with many patients telling us how helpful they find it.
