All patients (including children) have been allocated a named GP who is responsible for their overall care at the practice.

This means that all patients will have been allocated a named doctor, but patients do not have to consult with that GP, they can continue to see a GP of their choice where they are available.

If you wish to know who your named GP is, you can contact the practice and we will inform you of this. If you have a preference to which GP this is, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this.

Please remember, this does not affect which doctor you usually see at the practice.
