With regret, Park Farm Medical Centre & Vernon Street Surgery will no longer be directly involved in the Covid-19 Booster Vaccination Program. This will not affect those of you who already have an appointment for your booster, who should attend as arranged. This means, however, that those of you who are eligible who do not already have an appointment with us for your booster, will need to book this by calling 119, or online at https://www.nhs.uk/book-a-coronavirus-vaccination/do-you-have-an-nhs-number. You are unable to have your Covid-19 booster vaccine until 182 days after the date of your second vaccine.
There is no need to contact the Practice regarding your booster vaccine.
