Extended Hours Service

We offer an extended hours service for pre-booked appointments only, this service is available on:

• Monday 18:30-20:00 at Park Farm Medical Centre
• Thursday 18:30-20:00 at Park Farm Medical Centre
• Saturday 09:00-12:00 at Park Farm Medical Centre

The telephone service is not available during these times.

Extended Access Service

We now offer routine appointments at evenings and weekends.

Surgery Closures

The practices will be closed for training and bank holidays on certain days of the year. To find out which days please view our surgery closures page.

Out of Hours Service

When we are closed, or in the case of urgent need, call 111 to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
